Terms of Service
Bespoke commissions require a non-refundable deposit before clay preparation and glaze formulation begin. Production timelines are estimates, shifting with kiln-firing schedules and the organic nature of hand-pressed ceramics.
Each tile exhibits natural variation in texture, dimension, and glaze tone. These subtle, kiln-fired variations are inherent to handmade artistry and do not constitute structural or aesthetic defects.
VYLORI retains absolute intellectual property rights over all original tile patterns, custom glaze formulas, and design drawings created during the collaborative residential or commercial design process.
